Your Vehicle Donation Can Bring So Much Hope to So Many

When you donate your vehicle to The Salvation Army ARC, you bring hope to so many people. Your donation helps house, feed, clothe, and provide job training to men ready to make a change in their lives. Your car donation will help them get back on their feet.

The proceeds from your donation support the oldest and largest drug and alcohol work therapy program in the area. By donating your vehicle, you help put the brakes on drug addiction in the metro area.

Our mission is to bring substantive, positive change to those who need it most. Our 80 year program relies heavily on Thrift Store and Car Donation sales for funding. We need your help, and what better time than now to donate your used car, motorcycle, camper, or boat.

Saving One Person at a Time

Your vehicle donation helps provide men with their basic needs while developing positive work habits and a lifetime recovery plan. These men come from all walks of life and need someone to walk the road of recovery with them.

We accept auto donations, as well as trucks, boats, motorcycles, and campers. Our donation centers accept clothes, furniture, household items, and electronics. Drop off your donations at one of our centers or call 1-800-SA-TRUCK to schedule a pick-up. You can go to SAtruck.org for a more detailed set of Donation Guidelines.

All donations are tax-deductible. Your donation will, in the words of Evangeline Booth, daughter of founder William Booth and our 4th General, “Do the most good for the most people in the most need!”

The goods you donate and the money you spend in Salvation Army Stores fuel life-changing programs.

We operate nearly 250 stores in the Midwest, where you can shop for new and gently-used merchandise. Stores also serve as drop-off locations for your donations of clothing, housewares, small furniture and even used vehicles. Store proceeds support life-saving rehabilitation programs or basic needs services, depending on where you live.

2005 VOLVO S40

I have recently donated my second vehicle to Salvation Army. So easy and for a great cause. The response to your donation is very professional immediate and appreciated. Helping these guys find their way back to the worthy lives they deserve to live is a wonderful feeling. Don't hesitate. Make your car donation today! Oh did I say you get a tax receipt for your generosity.

FORD VANS (MULTIPLE)

Donating to The Salvation Army has been an easy and straight forward process. When we have older vans we’re retiring or replacing, donating them is a small way we like to give back to the community. Salvation Army has always been great about pick up and sending us the info we need once the vans have sold.
